C551SZ process both end crimping automatically with high quality and high speed. It is a new model from C451, C451A.
CFM Crimp force monitor
Crimp force monitor check the pressure of crimping terminal and display a curve on the monitor at each crimp. It stop the machine when a curve pattern changes from good sample. It is necessary function for keeping quality for wire crimping.
CHA Crimp height auto adjust unit
C551SZ is equipped with CHA that can memory the ram height and reproduce ram height by motor with encoder. It can shorten adjusting time of setting crimp height.

No crimping terminal
When crimper crimp without crimping terminal, the crimp pressure does not break out. Then the curve is displayed flat.
Cutting conductor
If the machine cut wire conductor more than 10% when stripping a wire insulation by blade, the crimping pressure is lower. Then the curve is displayed lower at the top.
Crimping insulation
If crimper crimp with wire insulation together when the wire position is deep to crimp terminal, the crimping pressure is up. Then the curve is displayed up from a beginning to the top.
